Its Tuesday May 13th, 2014. I know its been a very long time since I have blogged, But I am back! Its Been a crazy year for myself and the growth of LauraLouu Designs. I made a huge a transition with moving to the glorious city of Philadelphia and the Inspiration has been out of control. It has been a little over 3 weeks since I have moved to the city and I can finally say I am settled and soon enough LauraLouu Design will make a a huge step in flourishing in this city.

I feel so much peace and creativeness where ever I go in this city, which is huge for me! I need the inspiration and motivation from everyone around me. Meeting so many amazing artists, including fellow Metals and Jewelry designers, Yogis and musicians; I know I will be learning so much from these creative people! 

I would like to give some wise words I always tell my self to all you readers and that is to "Be the change you want to see in the world" Do what makes you happy, Life is to short to be stuck doing something you hate! I for sure have learned that moving here and accepting a job which I thought I would love , but one week in I knew that I could not stay at that job, so I quit. I feel the only reason I accepted it was because I knew it would get me to the city I have always wanted to live in. I don't regret any of my decisions, I am at peace and I could not be anymore happy than i am right now; at this moment in time. And I know in my heart its only going to get better!

Fall 2013 Photoshoot in preparation

This Picture above was from the LauraLouu spring 2013 photo shoot at Griffis Sculpture Park. Model and make up artist Claire Kenna, and Photographer Kaitlyn McCleary Both did such an amazing job and both were a pleasure to work with.

I am happy to announce that this coming up weekend, I will be having the Fall 2013 Photo shoot at the same place and having Kaitlyn once again taking the photographs. I really enjoy having Photo shoots not only because it gives exposure for my jewelry but the girls always have such a great time, and they always love to see how the pictures came out. Just seeing every one having fun and happy is such a blessing:) My fall collection is coming together really well; But now its crunch time!! Have to get my hands working at a faster pace for this shoot coming up in only 4 days!!
